Welcome to The Men’s Room. By booking a session through our website, phone, or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a respectful, professional, and safe environment for both client and practitioner.
Services & Scope
The Men’s Room provides in-person services only at our private Central Coast studio. Offerings include massage, somatic bodywork, and counselling-informed sessions designed specifically for men. All services are strictly professional and therapeutic
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older. When booking, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally fit to receive the requested service and that you have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions.
Bookings & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of your session unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or EFTPOS (if available). Multi-session discounts are available on request and must be paid in full upfront.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. To be fair to all clients:
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee.
Arriving late will shorten your session time but not reduce the cost.

Illness & Health Considerations
If you are unwell—especially with flu-like symptoms, a contagious illness, or any skin condition—please contact us to reschedule. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness with adequate notice.
Client Conduct
All clients are expected to treat the practitioner and the session environment with respect. Any sexualised language, requests, or behaviour will result in the session being immediately terminated with the full fee payable. The Men’s Room reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information and session content are treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared without your explicit consent unless required by law. Your privacy, dignity, and comfort are always respected.

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies from the date of posting.
